Thank you for visiting the Licensing page of our website.  Whilst we welcome all licensing enquiries, we prefer to either license the right to manufacture our products (with us supplying some of the raw materials), or license the use of our Intellectual Property, rather than establish sales agencies of pre-manufactured windows and doors.

We believe that the key to our success, and our licensees’ success, lies in a spirit of partnership where we provide design and technical expertise and support, and our licensee provides the local relationships, manufacture and after sales service.  All of our licensees are well supported in every aspect of the design, manufacture and sales process.

Licensed Intellectual Property User

This is an arrangement where we license the right to use our Intellectual Property on a royalty basis.  This arrangement involves a close working relationship between our companies, where we can assist you with design and technical expertise.  The product may be used as is, modified to meet local conditions, or designed into your existing product range.  Given that this is a special relationship, individual agreements are prepared following negotiation of key terms.

Licensed Manufacturer

This is an arrangement where we authorize you to manufacture under licence our window and door systems, or specific products from raw materials supplied by us (aluminium extrusion, hardware and other componentry).  Glass and wood (where applicable) would be sourced locally by you.  The licence is non-exclusive.

Payment Terms

Our accepted methods of payment are: Letter of Credit, Bank Draft, TT or Credit card payment.
Licensed Reseller

This is an arrangement where we license you to sell our products in your given market.  The licence is non-exclusive.
